LT Quarry graduated from the University of Maryland in 2020 with a M.Eng. in Cybersecurity and a B.S in Information Technology from Thomas Edison State University in 2015.

LT Quarry is a career C5I officer having graduated from the academy’s Direct Commission Officer program in 2015 as a Direct Commission Engineer. He is a prior enlisted Information System Technician (IT) and has previously been stationed at the CG Navigation Center, Telecommunications and Information Systems Command, CG Activities Europe, and CGC Alex Haley (WMEC-39).

A lifelong resident of Maine, LT Quarry currently enjoys the rural life North of Norwich, CT with his wife Jody, son Brandon, and chihuahua (Tom) Brady.
