Office of Inclusion and Diversity Overarching Goals

To create sustained, productive, and meaningful conversations surrounding a broad range of topics that relate to, or intersect with diversity and inclusion.

Strategic Direction

"This strategic plan is the Academy’s statement of direction and declares our vision and mission. It identifies our strategic goals and outlines the supporting objectives that will move us in a common direction. It serves as framework for making resources allocation decisions required for the execution of our mission and the pursuit of our vision.” – RADM James E. Rendón, Superintendent’s Letter of Promulgation 2018-2023.

The Office of Inclusion and Diversity supports the strategic plan and has a vital role in promoting a culture of respect that values the broad spectrum of skills and perspectives of all. Learn more about the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan.
