Community Service Request

This form is used to request cadets for participation in community service events. Please fill out the information requested below so that we may evaluate the event for appropriateness and compliance with Coast Guard policies. Please contact (860) 444-8297 if you have any questions.

Please submit any requests at least 14 days prior to your event in order to provide ample time to solicit for volunteers. If your event falls within this range but you are in urgent need for volunteers, you may still submit your request and we will try our to accommodate you.

NOTE: Federal ethics laws prohibit any Coast Guard member from participating in a fundraising effort on their duty time or in their official capacity. If the event/project is for fundraising, USCGA Legal Office approval will be required.
