  • Photocopy of original Social Security card
  • Copy of a photo ID - *Must be a valid state-issued ID; student IDs are not acceptable.
  • Voided check, Cadet Candidates name must be on the account

If original birth certificate and social security card are submitted, please note that they will not be returned to you prior to Reporting-In Day.
