HAMILTON AWARD
Alexander Hamilton Award
The purpose of the course is to develop the skills required to analyze and score an award application, conduct a site visit, and write an actionable feedback report to the applicant Command. Emphasis is placed on case study review, classroom discussion, practical exercises, and real world Hamilton Award application. The course objective is for the students to demonstrate the following skills required to be a member of the HA Board of Examiners: Recognize the Key Concepts of each of the CPEC Categories, Develop Preliminary Process Item Comments, Score Process Items, Finalize Process Item Comments, Develop Preliminary Results Item Comments, Score Results Items, Finalize Results Item Comments, Improve Item Comments, Consolidate Process Item Comments, Consolidate Results Item Comments, Site Visit and Site Visit Worksheet Preparation.

Target Audience
Enlisted, E-7 and above; CWOs; Commissioned officers, O-2 and above, or Civilian Employees GS-11 and above. Current and former COs/OINCs and former HA Examiners are encouraged to apply.
