Killed in Aircraft Ops on July 7th, 2010
LCDR Krueger was the aircraft commander of an MH-60 Jayhawk during a cross-country flight from North Carolina to return the aircraft to Sitka, Alaska. After refueling at Air Station Astoria, the MH-60 impacted power cables strung from LaPush to James Island across the mouth of the Quillayute River and crashed. (Download pdf)

Killed in Aircraft Ops on Oct 29th, 2009
On October 29th, 2009 LT Bryant was piloting CG 1705 out of Air Station Sacramento, California during a search for an overdue 12-foot pleasure craft approximately 15 miles east of San Clemente Island. CG 1705 and a Marine Corps helicopter that was conducting a training exercise collided, killing all personnel onboard both aircraft. (Download pdf)
