So after a really hard week of final exams, I finally got to go home for Christmas Break! It was so nice to go home for almost three weeks and just relax and spend time with my friends and family. I can’t believe a whole semester has gone by, and on top of that, it has been about six months since I came to the Academy for Swab Summer. I promise you, the time sure does fly by here.
Coming back to the Academy was pretty tough especially after having a great time at home. But when I did get back, I was happy to see all of my friends and to see how all of their breaks were. That definitely helps coming back! As I said before, friends make this place a better place to be. It has been a busy first month so far. Classes just started up, so we have all had to get back in the routine of Academy life. The classes this semester are more challenging than last semester, but I guess that is how it is supposed to be.
I only have one semester left of being a fourth class, and that is really exciting. We have already started studying for our boards and started to get small trainings on our summer assignments, so it is a very exciting time. This is definitely going to be new and difficult semester with harder challenges then the first, but I look forward to completing them with my friends.
More about Tyler.
